The Patterson Community Church will be holding an afternoon of ‘Music and Memories’ in tribute to Walter on January 26th from 3-5pm with a light reception to follow. All are welcome to come and share with us. Please contact Pastor David Frost if you would like to share a specific song or musical selection. All songs/song styles are welcome, as well as brief stories or anecdotes.
In addition, the Patterson Community Church is starting a ‘Walter McSpedon Legacy Project’, raising funds to employ a high school age piano student to join with us at the church to help us carry on the teaching and musical legacy of Walter. Donations to the project may be made by check made out to the Patterson Community Church and sent to Box 298, Patterson, NY 12563
